Like always, experiences may vary depending on what you buy but overall the feedback is top notch here. They also seem to offer some of the best customer support out there with extended hours. They have recently started to do raised embossed seals on diplomas and the feedback has been amazing here. I think templates are fine but the templates shown on the site are very limited in design options and most of the customers I find are happy when they aren't educated about how a diploma is suppose to look.
